Do I get a discount if I pay yearly instead of monthly?

Do you offer discounts for students, teachers, NGOs or startups?
Yes! Send us an email from your edu or organization email address and we'll help you out.
What are my payment options?
You can use any major credit card to pay for any plan. For larger plans above $5K we can invoice you annually.
My team has credits. How do we use them?
Once your team signs up for a subscription plan, we'll draw against your credit balance until it runs out. Only then will we start charging your subscription to your credit card.
We need to add new users to our team. How will that be billed?
We'll make a one-time, prorated charge to your credit card to cover your new team member's account for the remainder of the current billing period.
How is my payment processed?
We use Stripe to process your payment. Stripe is used by millions of organizations like Uber, Amazon, Salesforce and Twitter We do not handle your credit card information directly.
Do you offer refunds?
Wee don't offer refunds. Any unused balance will be credited accordingly.
Can I change my payment method?
You can change your payment method anytime by going to Settings and the go to Subscriptions.
